A convenient B&B for many attractions in South West London and Surrey. And handy for the Italian restaurant over the road when they have presentation dinner and dances!

A good centre for all the attractions listed below and close to rail links to London (approx 30 minutes to Waterloo/Victoria).
A 3 star (self classified) establishment, and they are certainly no more than a 3 star but then what do you expect from a B&B on the edge of London?
Its fine for a place to rest your weary body after a great day out at the multitude of local attractions or a day in London.
We stayed after a local bowling club Dinner and Dance (we finished second). The shower worked, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was more than welcome!

Justification for Recommendation:
Very close to lots of local attractions and surely better than the Travelodge at Tolworth Tower! Comfortable beds and clean. The breakfast wasn't bad either although nothing to write home about. Decent prices too.
