This Subway is in a block with a Dominos Pizza near Nightcliff Shopping Centre, but it's a safe bet the Subway is a better place to eat.
It is open every day from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Most Tuesdays while we are in Darwin I pick up the WanderingMrs from line dancing nearby and we buy a footlong Subway Melt here, then drive to the Nightcliff Foreshore to enjoy our lunch overlooking the ocean.
Nightcliff Shopping Centre is a strange location, as the Subway site lists it's Physical Address as 'Shop 25 Nightcliff S/C, Coconut Grove, NT 0810', but Nightcliff is a suburb in it's own right (and larger than Coconut Grove too). As far as I can tell Dick Ward Drive
is the boundary between Nightcliff and Coconut Grove, and the Subway is on the Nightcliff side. Yellow Pages listings for Nightcliff Shopping Centre give the address Nightcliff NT 0810, Australia.
