A world renowned cactus garden adjacent to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory houses an amazing variety of cacti as well as an inovative water reclamation plant to water the gardens.

The Ethel M Cactus Garden is well worth the stop in and of itself. Admittedly, most people come for the factory tour and tastings, but most people take a stroll around the immense cactus gardens.

Along with the beautiful cactus on display, there is also an interesting tour of the water reclamation system used at the factory that waters the nearby gardens. Very little waste water leaves the grounds of Ethel M's because of the reclamation system, and without the use of chemicals.

The tour through the cactus gardens is along paved pathways and covers an area of about two acres. Wheelchair accessible and very kid friendly.
