This Baileybridge was laid down some 50 meters south of a smaller existing bridge. The reason is that the existing Grote Hogewegsbrug has deteriorated such that the deadweight had to be reduced from 10 tons to only 2.5 tons. The replacement costed € 85.000. It was laid down in 2010.
