You will need to sit on the benches located immediately across the street from the Kyobo Building. You will then need to navigate yourself or a friend to the Live Cam Seoul site. You are looking for the Kwanghwamun Square - Admiral Yi Sunshine Statue camera. Take a screen capture of your presence at the site.
The camera is set to a very wide angle and from pretty far away. You will need to do something to make yourself stand out - wear bright colors, make a large sign, have an umbrella. It may take up to 30 seconds for you to show up on camera due to lag. I snapped my own web-captures pretty easily.
