In Plainville, along South Street, is Plainville Drug, also known as the Plainville Perscription Center.

The store is located a little north of the corner of South Street and West Bacon Street. It is located in a building shared by another store, on the west side of the road. When you walk in the store, you might feel like you traveled back through time. The store is clean enough, but it without the colorful signs overhead, and the shelves are made of peg board. The perscription area is at the rear of the store.

I can't find out any other information. They don't appear to have a web site on their own. But, I bet that this establishment has been in existence for many years.
