Prague Catholic Cemetery is located south of Prague. From the intersection of Highways 62 and 99, travel south on 99 (Jim Thorpe Blvd.) one mile, then east on First Street (CR1060) one-half mile. The cemetery is on the south side of the road. This is a nicely landscaped and well maintained cemetery, also known as St. Wenceslaus Cemetery.

This zink marker is a filigris cross is approximately three feet high on a concrete base. At the center point of the crossed bars is a wreath of flowers with a reclining lamb at the center. A zink plaque beneath the cross reads:

ZEMRELA 4 PROSINCE 1918
ODPOCIVEJ V POKOJI

This translates:

HERE LIES
ANEZKA NAJVAR
Born 24 September 1902
She died 4 December 1918
REST IN PEACE
