The centre has a 25 metre heated indoor pool with leisure components, Spa/sauna/steam room, Fully equipped fitness centre, Aerobic room, Swim school, Creche and cafe available all year round, and an outdoor pool available during the warmer months.

Extensive provision has been made for disabled access to the pool, spa and gym areas, including ramps, hoists and submersible wheelchairs. Maximum depth of the indoor pool is 1.3m.
