Die Hausbrauerei liegt auf der Südseite des Marktplatzes gegenüber dem Schloß, im Alten Rathaus der Stadt Darmstadt. Das Alte Rathaus wurde 1598 nach den Plänen von Jakob Wustmann erbaut. An städtischen Ämtern befindet sich nur noch das Standesamt im 2. und 3. Obergeschoss des Hauses. Seit 1989 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, Keller und 1. Obergeschoss die einzige Hausbrauerei Darmstadts.

The Brew-pub is located on the south side of the market square opposite the castle, in the Old Town Hall of the city of Darmstadt. The Old Town Hall was built in 1598 according to the plans of Jacob Wustmann. The only remaining municipal office is the registrar's office located in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. Since 1989 the only Brew-pub in Darmstadt is located on ground floor, basement and first floor.
