Since 1981, there exists a twinning between the german city St. Ingbert and the french city Saint-Herblain. For the 10th anniversary, in the year 1991, the city council from St. Ingbert decided to arrange this monument. It's placed in front of the town hall, on the right site from the entrance door, in the small green.
Noteworthy is: the two sister towns together support the city N'Diaganiao/Senegal... a benedictory triumvirate, for all the 3 cities!
