The food is good here. Its not your local taco stand, but for ex-pats looking for the Tex part of a Tex-Mex place this will have a few items from home on the menu. If you are looking for the Mex part of Tex-Mex well of course they have it but as the name implies it's Tex-Mex not Mex-Tex. Its a restaurant set up for ex-pats no doubt but if your new to the scene in the area its a nice safe and comfortable place to make you feel at home for a meal.
The menu is in Spanish and English and the Mexican items will be somewhat of what you were expecting as if you were in the States, politely put, fake Mexican, a little bland and lots of extra cheese (vs the local stands where you will get Mexican served Mexican style. But the point is it is still good and bit bit like home for a ex-pat.
Service is good, the place is clean and neat. Things can always change but that's how it is as of 2012. The restaurant has been here for many many years.
