This Salvation Army church building was erected in 2003, but the corps was first organized in 1919. This would be an interesting history to research since Korea was under a heavy and cruel occupation by the Japanese then, and all forms of religion were harshly suppressed.
This area is known for its apple production and the area surrounding the church is agricultural.
