This palindrome is in the middle of an area busy being turned into a highway. In years to come it may be unreachable, however, at the current time, easy enough. Head north from Hanoi City centre, where the tourists congregate, over the Long Bien Bridge. Then a few twists and turns. Signs of road construction will become apparent. At the current time Google maps is woefully inaccurate in this area, so follow your GPS and your waymarking instincts.

There are a few minor sights in the area, and a few waymarks, plus the Bridge itself has a story or two.
