On Blue Anchor Corner this orientation table can be seen with its faded directions engraved in a wooden shell design.

The board can be somewhat overlooked as it isn't until closer inspection allows that you can make out arrows and place names. It is indeed an orientation table weathered with time and sea salt in the air around Seasalter.

Immediately to the north is the Red Sand Tower, to the north-west is Ham Cat, Pollard Spit and Colemeine Spit. To the north-east are the Shell Fish Beds and to the east is Whitstable. West is where The Swale cuts through the water between the mainland and The Isle of Sheppey (also shown) with Sheerness at its tip. The north point at the base gives our location as Seasalter.

Nearby is an information board detailing the interesting history of the area.
