Die Rollenkarabiner kommunizieren miteinander: Ist einer der Karabiner offen, erkennt der andere Karabiner das – und blockiert den Öffnungsmechanismus
so lange, bis der erste Karabiner wieder auf dem Sicherungsseil eingehängt und verriegelt ist.
Erst dann kann der andere Rollenkarabiner umgehängt werden. Ein versehentliches Komplettaushängen ist damit praktisch unmöglich.
