This Czechoslovak 25 Crown bank note depicts one of the main landmark of historic centre of town Tábor - the Gothic complex of the Old Town Hall and surrounding medieval burger houses.
The Old Town Hall is one of the most beautiful buildings on the main public space in Tabor - the Zizka Square (Zizkovo námestí). It was built in 15th century and was restored in 1878. The clock tower and three steep Gothic gables make the Town Hall the most recognisable of town's valuable architectural heritage. Inside are the tourist information office, the Hussite museum and the entrance to the system of catacombs that run beneath the square.
