Arboretum mesta Vimperk

• Arboretum bylo založeno roku 1959 na ploše 1,1 ha.

• Puvodne sloužilo pro výuku žáku z místní lesnické školy. Po presunutí výuky studentu do Písku slouží pouze verejnosti, a to jako park, kde je možno odpocinout si na lavickách nebo se procházet. Cas od casu zde konají clenové CSOP Šumava prednášky o drevinách.

• Nalezneme zde víc než 400 stromu a keru.

                    modrín japonský, smrk ztepilý, smrk pichlavý, smrk oromika,

                    smrk východní, borovice jeffreyova, kryptomerie japonská, jinan

                    dvoulalocný, habr obecný, lapina jasanolistá, javor polní, javor

                    horský-klen...

               kere - zimolez obecný, cimišník stromovitý, hloh jednosemenný, tavoly,

                    kaliny, tavolníky, rododendrony

• Arboretum se nachází v podzámcí. Z jedné strany ho obklopuje kaštanová alej a z druhé areál letního kina.

• Arboretum in Vimperk was established in 1959 in area 1,1 ha.

• Originally, teachers from local School of Forestry used this arboretum for teaching. Today It´s only public arboretum. You can relax there, walk, read books and so on. Sometimes, members of CSOP Šumava makes a lectures about trees.

• We find here more than 400 trees and shrubs.

             shrubs - Lonicera xylostemum, Caragana arborescens, Crataegus monogyna,

                    Physocarpus, Viburnum, Spirea, Rhododendron

• Arboretum is located below the chateau. On one side is auburn alley, on the other side is summer cinema.
