Boats are small ranging in size from 2 passenger to as many as 40 passengers. Experienced boat operators know where the wildlife should be and they will stop, back up, turn around; what ever is necessary so that the passengers can see some of the unique wildlife that inhabits the region.
Wildlife can include caymans, crocodiles, monkeys, sloths, bats, aquatic and other birds.
Sloths usually come down from their tree once a week to urinate and defecate. On our boat ride, we were able to see this unusual event.
