Stucki is a famous first class restaurant on Buderholz Hill in the South of Basel.

The restaurant was founded by Hans Stucki who brought the restaurant to the top of gastronomy. He died in 1998, his successor Jean-Claude Wicki managed to keep the standards of Hans Stucki and also kept the name of the restaurant to honor his former mentor. In 2008 Tanja Grandits and her husband Renè Graf Grandits took over the restaurant that has been awarded 18 Gault-Millau points and one Michelin star.
It is located in an old manor on Bruderholz hill in the south of Basel. It is open Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday / Monday during major fairs or conventions). Reservations are mandatory, prices for dinner is in the range of 70-200 $ per person, wine not included.
Don't mistake it with Stücki (with umlauts), this is a shopping mall in the opposite corner of the city.
