This 2006 sculpture by Chris Plowman is entitled "Tree of Life" and a plaque indicates it was commissioned by "Guy's & St. Thomas' Charity".
It depicts plants and animald...leaves, bird, butterfly, fish, etc in silhouette. The silhouettes are arranged in a somewhat circular fashion at the top of pole..made to resemble a tree. Read more about the artist in this 2009 obituary: (visit link)
