This is a place where I personally go quite often. It's a budget restaurant (average 9 Eur for the whole meal - dish, beverage, dessert). It's located right in the center of Loulé, which means parking can be tricky.
In the menu one will find a selection of fine dishes, which change every day. Usually 4 vegetarian (mostly based in tofu and seitan)and 4 non-vegetarian suggestions. I especially recommend the juices, squeezed in the moment, and involving complex mixtures of fruits and vegetables. Friendly staff, English speakers if necessary.
Be aware: easily they run out of some of the items, so don't be late. Reservation recommended for dinner. Not available for lunch though.
