wbay skycam - Web Cameras on Waymarking.com

This webcam shows downtown Manitowoc. It is used by the local TV station to see the conditions in each town. At night it may be swung a little to the east. I tried using it for a web based cache but it is too far from the sidewalk to identify anyone standing down below. Check out the WWII sub near by.
