Este relógio de sol em granito está colocado no pedestal da estátua de São Longuinho.
"Trata-se de uma estátua equestre do santo, sobre um pedestal, ambos em pedra de granito, abundante na região. Foi erguida sobre um penedo onde existiu a torre da primitiva Igreja do Bom Jesus, no atual Terreiro de Moisés.
O conjunto, de autoria do escultor Pedro José Luís, foi uma oferta de Luís de Castro de Couto, de Pico de Regalados, no ano de 1819."

This sundial is placed on the granite pedestal of the statue of St. Longinus.
"It is an equestrian statue of the saint on a pedestal, both in granite stone, abundant in the region. It was built on a cliff where there was the tower of the early church of Bom Jesus, in the current Terreiro of Moses.
The set, created by the sculptor José Pedro Luis, was a gift Luis de Castro de Couto, Regalados Peak, in the year 1819."
