This bell stands in the fifth courtyard of the Temple of Literature in Hanoi.

On both sides of the last building of the Temple of Literature are square houses for a drum and a bronze bell. The bell was cast in 2000. Its height is 2.1 meters and its diameter 0.99 meters.
Built in 1070, the Temple of Literature is both a Confucian temple and the first university of Vietnam.
