The small city and provincial capital of Kamphaeng Phet in central Thailand is not overly endowed with eateries, but it does have this coffee shop—filled with the pleasant aroma of coffee and tasty pastries. 'Coffee Today' is located in the town square, has seating for maybe 30 people, and serves a full range of caffeinated drinks, plus cake and sweet snacks. A cappuccino will set you back 50 baht ($1.60). During my two visits the place was filled with people on both occasions. The place to be seen in the city. Run by a local Thai lady. Minimal English spoken, but a point and smile always works.
I could not see opening times posted. It is not uncustomary in these small cities for businesses to open late in the morning and to close with the last customer.
