Services in the passenger terminal are abundant and of a high quality; they include banking and currency exchange, internet services, business lounges, food and drink establishments, duty-free and retail shops (including 2 department stores), business lounges, and services for mobile phones, postal needs, luggage storage, courier, hair and beauty, laundry, sauna/spa, nursery and children's playroom, smoking room, car wash, medical services, an eye-care center and pharmacies.
After a 14 hour flight between Toronto and Seoul we had to wait four more hours for our flight to Hanoi. So we had plenty of time to visit this beautiful terminal and were lucky to witness a traditional royal parade which brings to life the events from ancient Korea's Joseon Dynasty.
