I came upon this memorial by chance today and thought it may be of interest to some. At the moment the roses are not flowering but will be nice when they are. The plaque is dedicated to the memory of those who gave their lives in wars in 3 countries.

This War Memorial was dedicated by Chaplain George Widdison to the memory of all who made the supreme sacrifice of their lives in defence of freedom and justice in the Great World Wars in Malaya, in Korea and in South Vietnam.


Date of dedication: 2nd October 1965

Description of Memorial:
The plaque and garden are in the grounds of the church to the left of the front door. The church is just west of the town of Gordon in country Victoria.
