The Silent Garden. It got its name in 1990, under Soviets it was called Kiev Park. The area of the garden is 4,7 ha.
The garden was developed in 1960 according to the project of Kr. Barons. Orthodox Church of All Saints is also located there.
The territory was previously occupied by All Saints Cemetery facing Peace Garden.
