This Cornerstone is on the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Town Hall, now the Annapolis Royal Library, on St. George Street between St Anthony Street and St James Street in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia.

This building was constructed in 1922 to replace the previous town hall that was destroyed by fire. It was built as a memorial to the local soldiers and sailors lost in the First World War and named Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Town Hall.
