CZ: Hostinec je zminován již v roce 1576, kdy vlastník domu, Tomáš Železný, žádá císare, aby zde mohl varit pivo šenkovat víno. Roku 1605 koupil hostinec rokycanský primas Matyáš Zítek Srnec z Varvažova. 6. kvetna 1757 zde probehlo jednání rokycanských meštanu s Ernstem Mayerem, velitelem pruské jednotky, která Rokycany obsadila. Bylo zde dohodnuto výpalného 300 zlatých, za než Prusové mesto ušetrili. V 17. a 18. století patril hostinec rokycanskému rodu Trebízkých. Pri požáru v roce 1784 hostinec vyhorel. Roku 1788 byl prodán rodu Kelleru, který jej vlastnil v letech 1788-1926. Poté hostinec nekolikrát menil majitele. Od 50.let 20.století hostinec chátral. Roku 1964 se stal kulturní památkou a roku 1966 byl celkove opraven. V roce 1993 byla hospoda uzavrena a premenena na sklad textilu. Roku 1995 ale získal dum nového majitele a ten zde obnovil hostinec.

ENG: The inn is mentioned as early as 1576, when the owner of the house, Tomáš Zelezny, asks the Emperor that there could brew beer to tap wine. 6th May 1757 there was a meeting of Burgesses with Ernst Mayer, commander of the Prussian troops, who occupied Rokycany. There were agreed the fee of 300 gold, for which the Prussians spared the city. In the 17th and 18 century belonged to the family Trebízký. During a fire in 1784 the inn burned down. In 1788 was sold to Keller family, who owned it 1788 -1926. Since the 50s of 20th century inn fell into disrepair. In 1964 he became a cultural monument in 1966 and has generally been repaired. In 1993 the pub was closed and converted into a textile warehouse. In 1995, new owner restored the inn there.
