This sundial, now well overgrown, was placed on the side of this building in 1929. For future reference, the location, the angle of the sun, and the year that this sundial was placed here in the city of Nice, France.

A complex item to figure out, or at least takes you back to school, to confirm the GPS matches the hours minutes seconds east of Grenwich.

This sundial 80 years ago, with much less around and a lot less vegetation was likely more spectacular than today.
