The Express Bus Terminal is not only a major transportation hub serving multiple bus lines, and three subway lines, it is also home to the large, modern Central City mall with dozens of upscale shops, Shinsegye Department Store and an underground shopping area covering a city block, with 1,000 shops.
This Baskin Robbins is on the ground floor of the City Center Mall. The interior is rather plain, but they do have a nice salad bar.
