Esta é uma das quatro nascentes que abasteciam o Aqueduto dos Pegões que transportava a água para o Convento de Cristo e o Castelo dos Templários.

(ENG) Spring house of the Iron Door Spring, next to the Brazões, a 1610 construction, with vault of cradle and an ingenious system of distribution of waters.
This is one of the four springs that supplied the Pegões Aqueduct that carried the water to the Convent of Christ and the Templars Castle.
