The bell can be found on the left side of the garden outside the Navy Museum in Lisbon, Portugal. It´s mounted in a pedestal in the middle of the grass and there´s a path leading to it. It was forged in Paris by Crouzet Hildebrand (lower inscription) and was probably associated with a clock device because the top inscription says Henry Lepaut Horloger á Paris (Lepaute was a renown clock maker in Paris).
