The outdoor alter is located in a field at the centre of a stone circle and I believe is used for modern Wiccan or Witchcraft (which are now, and should have always have been, recognised religions in the United Kingdom).
The circle looks in a good condition, but the alter seems to have suffered some vandalism over the years with faded graffiti and a few scrapes, but is still structurally sound.
There are 12 standing stones in this circle around the altar.
