A piece of art on a door that has some 3d components to it as well as simply being a flat piece.
The piece seems to have a sea and sky component with it, the base showing what look like animals, the center being the sea with an eye or perhaps the moon with a cloud. The top looks like the sun with a sun spot or a flare.
The building doesn't have a sign identifying its use, but as it has a straight line to the beach with a ranp to its south one could guess its use as a life boat house. The area is the swansea maritime quarter where massive investment has been pumped into the area to build lots of accommodation. You could assume that this building has been improved along with this and a number of other things around the area.
