This is actually an original collection of church artifacts: they belonged to a church which doesn't exist anymore. The Holly Trinity orthodox church used to stand in the center of the city of Banja Luka. It was built in 1939, but just a few yeas later, in 1941, it was hit by a German bomb, and shortly after, with the city already occupied by the Croats (whom, by then, were allies with Germany) it was completely destroyed following the orders of the new administration.

For a long time, after the Second World War, a monument existed in the center of the square, but in 1993 it was decided to build a new church on the location, which was completed in 2009. In the corners of the square are now placed artifacts belonging to the original temple.
Approximate Age of Artefact: 1939
