"Une petite faim ? Si vous êtes dans le Marais, plutôt que de faire une halte boulangerie, arrêtez-vous dans cette miniscule échoppe à hot dog.

Un hot dog, sinon rien. Car ici, c’est plat unique, à couvrir d’oignons frits ou pickles selon votre convenance. Certes, côté goût, ce n’est pas très raffiné. Mais les chiens chauds servis dans un vrai pain à hot dog se font rares à Paris.

Avec son gros cactus, ses plaques d’immatriculation ramenées de Floride ou la mosaïque rouge et blanche aux murs, cette kitchnette made in USA est un peu surréaliste dans le quartier très branché du Marais. Ou comment s’imaginer à New York le temps d’une commande à 2 €."
