This cross is below the main part of the village of Fornalutx on a road leading out of the village.

The village is in the foothills of mountains about 3 kilometers from the large town of Soller. It is regarded as the prettiest village on the island.

The cross was erected in 1974 to celebrate the marriage of Josep Arbona Busquets and Francisca Colom Mayol. The architect of the cross was Frank W Reidenbach.

Characteristics of this cross:
It's a small quadrate cross standing on a stone column. Inside the quadrate is a normal latin cross with a carving of Jesus Christ.


Describe the location:
The cross is in a small viewpoint on the road leading out of Fornalutx. It is next to a stone bench erected at the same time.
