Das Stilfser Joch (auch Stilfserjoch, ital. Passo dello Stelvio) ist mit 2.757 m s.l.m. der höchste Gebirgspass in Italien und nach dem Col de l'Iseran der zweithöchste asphaltierte Gebirgspass der Alpen. Das Stilfser Joch verbindet Bormio im Veltlin, Lombardei, mit Prad im Vinschgau, Südtirol. Auf der Westseite mündet auf 2.503 m die über den Umbrailpass kommende Straße von Santa Maria ein. Ebenso auf dieser Seite durchfährt man etwas tiefer gelegen mehrere Kurztunnels. An der Ostrampe kann man in Gomagoi auf 1.260 m in das Suldental nach Innersulden abzweigen. Auf 2.188 m liegt auf der Ostseite das Berghotel Franzenshöhe.
Die Passstraße ist durchgängig asphaltiert und in der Regel zwischen Ende Mai und November für den Verkehr geöffnet. Die Westrampe von Bormio wird meist etwas früher für den Verkehr geöffnet. Während dieser kurzen Öffnungszeit herrscht auf dieser Straße starkes Verkehrsaufkommen, vor allem durch Tourismus- und Freizeitfahrten, was den Naturpark stark belastet. So versammeln sich bei dem „Internationalen Treffen“ in der ersten Juliwoche jedes Jahr dort hunderte Motorradfahrer.
Das Gebiet um den Pass bildet seit 1935 den Nationalpark Stilfser Joch.
