Nemec’s family is an old farmer family with ancestry documented from the year 1621, when the oldest known ancestor Mikulas Nemec was born. In 1654 he was cultivating 60 strikes of fields and bred 2 horses, 4 cows, 2 sows and one cow calf. The family is settled in the village of Radonice from the 70’s of the 19th century, the father of the contemporary owner of the farm, Miloslav Nemec was farming after the communist putsch privately as one of the last farmers in the neighbourhood.
The dairy is specialized for fabrication of „Balkan cheese“, on average 8-10 thousand litres of milk are processed every day. In 2007 there were fabricated nearly 500 tons of cheese from 3,2 millions litres of milk. The milk is bought just from private farmers. The operation is under permanent veterinary inspection and fully corresponds to all EU standards. You can buy our products in the normal market chains and at our stations within the service "Milk to the home".
The company holds the international certificate of HACCP system.
2003 the main products "Balkan cheese" received from the minister of agriculture of the Czech Republic national quality award KLASA.
