A stacked log wall partially encloses this garden area near the corner of Wood and 4th. While the garden shows its age, there are a number of beautiful plants in it. There is a table in the garden and a bench near the street. Attached to the back of the bench is a small brass plaque with the following inscription.

"This area was officially dedicated as a Peace Garden on October 24, 1995 by the staff and students of Christ the King Elementary School to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations."
