Stylized stegosaurus built from assorted pieces of scrap metal. The only parts I recognize are what look like automotive springs in the neck and tail; the legs appear to be sections of scaffolding.
It stands on the lawn of a dental practice in an otherwise residential area. One of the dentists and her daughter created it.
