Noddy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noddy_(character)) is a very popular character with small kids in Europe. It was created by Enid Blyton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enid_Blyton) in 1949 and it´s still very populardue to some recent tv series.
This ride is located outside one of the Alvor Esplanades facing the river. It´s a very relaxating place where you can have a coffee or a beer, enjoy the view or apreciate the nearby statue collection in display.
