A welcome sign that shows the cities that Aberystwyth is twinned with in nearby countries. It is at the top of Penglais hill and parking is available just to the south in a long park as long as you like layby.
The sign shows Aberystwyth is twinned with:-
St Brieuc (SANT BRIEG) in Brittany
Kronberg (IM TAUNUS) in Germany
The sign isn't to pretty but it is at last nice that they included the twinning on the sign, as a few of the local towns don't show their twinnings.
