A WW1 and WW2 Memorial in a small park area in Bangor.
It is a christian cross and stands about 8m tall and is very angular with four steps, it is fenced off, but I have to confess I had to pop over the fence to snap a couple of pictures.
The full list of the Honoured dead is in the gallery area.
The inscriptions read:-
To gods glory
and in grateful memory
of our felloe citizens who
fell in the Great War
1914 - 1918
and
of those
who fell in the
2nd great war
