Der ÖBB/CD Grenzbahnhof Summerau liegt an der Summerauer Bahn (Strecke Linz-Summerau und Strecke Summerau-Ceske Budejovice. Der Grenzbahnhof Summerau liegt nicht weit von der Grenze zwischen Österreich und Tschechien.
Früher war Summerau ein Bahnhof der Pferdeeisenbahn von Ceske Budejovice nach Gmunden über Linz.
Es gibt einen Randbahnsteig (Hausbahnsteig) und zwei Mittelbahnsteige. Zum Bahnhof bzw.Bahnsteig gelangt man über die Gleise.
Im Bahnhof befindet sich ein Warteraum und ein öffentl.WC. Es gibt keine möglichkeit hier einen Fahrschein zu kaufen.
Im Bahnhof Summerau halten folgende Züge der ÖBB:
R-Regionalzug richtung Pregarten und Linz
REX-Regionalexpress richtung Pregarten und Linz
D-Schnellzug richtung Praha,Ceske Budejovice,Pregarten,Linz und Salzburg (und Zürich)
EC-Eurocity richtung Praha,Linz,Salzburg
Und folgende Züge der Ceské dráhy:
Sp - Spešný vlak (Eilzug) richtung Ceske Budejovice
Os - Osobní vlak (Regionalzug) richtung Ceske Budejovice,
D-Schnellzug richtung Praha,Ceske Budejovice,Pregarten,Linz und Salzburg (und Zürich)
EC-Eurocity richtung Praha,Linz,Salzburg
Es hält als einziger Eurocity EC 100/101 Joze Plecnik in Freistadt, es ist auch der einzige Eurocity aus Praha (Prag) nach Linz bzw.Salzburg
Mit dem D 207 Matthias Braun wird ein Schlaf- und Liegewagen der ÖBB mitgeführt die in Salzburg zu einem EN nach Zürich gekuppelt werden.

ÖBB / CD Summerau border station is located on the railway Summerauer (Linz-haul route and Summerau Summerau-Ceske Budejovice. Summerau The border station is not far from the border between Austria and the Czech Republic.
Formerly a railway station Summerau the horses train from Ceske Budejovice to Linz to Gmunden.
It gives an edge platform (main platform) and two central platforms. Bzw.Bahnsteig you get to the train station across the tracks.
In the station there is a waiting room and a öffentl.WC. There is no possibility to buy a ticket here.
