Santa Eulália's Church, is the main church of Águeda. For the inhabitants of Águeda this construction is one of the oldest monuments of the city. The church had an important role because it was around it that the construction of the town started. Its construction date is uncertain, because it only appears in documentation from the year 1320, the reign of King D. Dinis.

The cross is made of stone, and is erected on the top of a cairn.
