The actual location is described by 99 as:
"These coordinates are at the south end of Liberty Lake in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The lake has dried up quite a bit due to the drought this summer (2011), and therefore much of the ground around the lake is soft and has very large cracks in it.
Access to the coordinates listed is easiest from W. Forrest Hills Rd (aka Blind Lemon Rd), just east of Broadway. Directly south of the coordinates is an ATV path from Blind Lemon Rd. that leads almost all the way to the lake. It is a very pleasant walk along this path that is on the south west side of the lake."
