The restaurant is divided into two parts: a series of hibachi grills on one side and regular tables on the other side.
The hibachi grills work like any other hibachi grill. The chef will cook your meal right in front of you and slip it right off the grill and onto your plate.
The other side of the restaurant caters to the sushi crowd with a sushi bar at the far end.
